Return policy

At Jordistyle, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following return policy applies:

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in unused, resalable condition and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Worn or washed apparel

• Used fitness equipment

• Digital goods or downloadable items (if any)

3. Procedure

To initiate a return, email us at suport@Jordistyle.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

5. Evaluation & Restocking

Returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee not exceeding 10%.
